Viewing Usage Data

This section is relevant only for Cloud   Products/Entitlements.

You can track the usage history of a Customer for data analysis and billing if the Provisioning Container has been aggregated by the Data Engine.

To view the usage data for a consumed Product:

1.Select Entitlements > Provisioning Container. The Provisioning Container page opens.

2.In the Batch Code list select the Batch Code to which the Product belongs.If only one Batch Code is available, the Batch Code is displayed instead of the list.

3.Select the Provisioning Container to which the Product belongs.

4.In the right pane, which displays associated Products, select the Products for which you want to view usage data.

5.Click Action > View Usage Data.

6.In From and To, select the duration dates for which you want to view the usage data.

7.Click Submit. Details, such as feature name, user, start date, end date, usage count, usage time, and number of sessions are displayed for the selected product.
