Logging on to the Sentinel EMS Portal
Before you log on, make sure you have the Sentinel LDK user name and password provided by your Sentinel LDK administrator.
To log on:
1.Using a supported browser, browse to: http://<Hostname>:<Port>/ems, where <Hostname> denotes the domain name, IP address, or network address, and <Port> denotes the port number of the Sentinel EMS server.
2.Enter your user ID and password and click Login. It is recommended that you change your password after you log on for the first time.
Forgot Password?
1.In the login page, click Forgot Password.
2.In the screen that appears, enter your E-mail and click Recover Password. Your password will be e-mailed to you.
Changing Password
You can change the password that you use to log on to Sentinel EMS. If you are authorized to perform Administration functions, you can change the password for other users. For details, see Editing User Details.
To change your own password:
1.Log on to the Sentinel EMS portal with your user ID and current password.
2.From the Welcome down arrow at the top-right corner of the page, click Change Password. The Change Password dialog box opens.
3.Enter your current password and new password.
NOTE Passwords are case sensitive and must have at least six characters.
4.Click Save.

Sentinel EMS supports the following web browsers. Known browser limitations are also mentioned below.
