Updating Product Details

The steps to edit a product are identical for both Sentinel LDK and Cloud Products. The Edit Product page enables you to edit the details of a product.

The fields that you can edit depend upon whether the product is deployed.

If the product is:

>Not deployed

•Draft: You can edit all fields including the associated Features.

•Completed: You can edit all fields except Product ID.

NOTE   To select a different value from the Locking Type list, remove all the associated features from the product. You can add them again after making your selection.

>Deployed (included in an entitlement)—You can edit the Name, Version (LDK and Cloud products), Description, Ref ID 1, and Ref ID 2.

To edit a Product:

1.Open the Products tab, if it is not displayed. Show me how

a.Open the Products tab (Catalog > Products).

b.In the Batch Code list, select the Batch Code in which you want to create the Base Product.

If only one Batch Code is available, the Batch Code is displayed instead of the list.

2.Select a Product from the left pane.

3.Click . The Edit Product dialog box opens.

4.Edit the fields as required.

5.Click Save.
